Our bodies and our breath – God’s presence in our lives – are given to us free of charge. Biblical ‘spring’ verses draw our attention and invite us to encounter ourselves and the source of our lives.

Reflections, moments of silence and spiritual sharing are all part of the evening. Everyone who wishes to walk a path of mindful silence and presence is invited. People with and without experience of contemplative prayer are welcome.
